What one referred client is worth

How it works

1. Apply below. It takes about five minutes.
2. Within one business day we confirm your firm and email your two codes: one that activates your free year, and a client code to share.
3. Use your free year to run a Deep Scan on your own practice and see exactly what your clients will get.
4. Give clients your client code, or send them to veracitygate.com. Every client who signs up with your code is credited to you.
5. We pay your commission by bank transfer each month, with a statement of which clients it covers.

Partner terms in brief

• One free Sentinel plan per partner firm, for the firm's own practice. Upgrades to Professional or Sovereign are paid.
• If the firm has fewer than 3 active paying referred clients at month 12, the plan moves to $99/mo, with 30 days' notice first.
• Commission is 20% of what each referred client actually pays, for that client's first 12 months, paid monthly after payment clears. Refunded payments are not commissionable.
• Partners describe VeracityGate accurately: a compliance check and hosted privacy policy, not legal advice, and no promises about fines or outcomes.
• Your professional obligations about referral fees, including telling clients where your code earns you a fee, remain yours.
• Partner applications are open to firms registered with the Tax Practitioners Board. Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice.
