These Terms of Service govern your use of VeracityGate services. By purchasing any VeracityGate product or service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Deep Scan Delivery

Your Deep Scan report will be delivered to your nominated email address following payment confirmation and completion of the intake form at veracitygate.com/pages/deep-scan-intake.html. Delivery is automated and typically occurs within minutes of intake form submission. Delivery times may vary.

The Deep Scan report is generated based on information you provide in the intake form and publicly available information about your business. The accuracy and completeness of your report depends on the accuracy and completeness of your intake responses.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly monitoring subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No lock-in contracts apply. To cancel, email support@veracitygate.com.

4. Not Legal Advice

VeracityGate services, including all reports delivered, do not constitute legal advice. Reports are prepared based on publicly available regulatory information and the details you provide. We strongly recommend engaging qualified legal counsel to review and implement any remediation steps. VeracityGate is not a law firm and is not liable for regulatory outcomes.

5. Guarantee

If your Deep Scan report does not identify at least one actionable compliance gap, contact us at support@veracitygate.com within 14 days of delivery and we will review your case and make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, templates, and materials produced by VeracityGate are the intellectual property of VeracityGate. Your Deep Scan report is licensed to you for your own business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, VeracityGate's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. VeracityGate is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or regulatory losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Deep Scan - One-Time Payment

The Deep Scan is a digital service delivered upon completion of your intake form. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately upon intake submission, we do not offer refunds once your report has been delivered.

If you have paid but not yet submitted your intake form, contact support@veracitygate.com within 48 hours and we will issue a full refund.

If your report does not identify at least one actionable compliance gap, contact us within 14 days of delivery under our guarantee and we will review your case.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access to your subscription until that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.

Remediation Services

Remediation is scoped and priced per engagement. Refund terms for remediation services will be specified in your individual service agreement.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered as described, or if there is a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of this policy.
